Founded in 2012 in Ruma, in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Adriana.tex has been operating at full capacity since 2015, primarily producing swimwear. The well-organized structure allows for the creation of jobs for local people and efficiency in production and waste management activities.
For employees, daily transportation to and from the facility is organized and provided free of charge by the company. Additionally, the factory operates on a single work shift, with the workday ending at 2 PM, allowing employees to have free time for themselves and their families. Thanks to the services offered and effective organization, Adriana.tex has been recognized as a reliable employer by the Srem District (the area where the company is located).
Adriana.tex provides employment opportunities for those without experience in the industry. Local individuals who join the Group undergo specific training and receive guidance from more experienced colleagues. The facility ensures economic security and opportunities for growth for all employees, allowing them to progress to important roles.
The factory has responsible waste management practices, focusing on the proper handling and disposal of textile waste (e.g., through incineration) with a continuous effort to reduce the total amount of production waste. The facility exclusively uses electricity from renewable sources and gas for thermal energy (continuously monitored to verify efficiency and measure emissions into the atmosphere). This is primarily used for heating the premises, especially during the winter months, significantly reducing emissions. To manage water properly, the facility has an oil and grease separator to isolate the most polluting particles in wastewater.
