The company was founded in Verona, Italy in 1986. Its founder, Sandro Veronesi, is the President and majority stakeholder in the Group today.

For over thirty years, Oniverse has seen consistently solid growth in its revenue streams and expansion efforts, creating successful products and brands and continues to strengthen its position in international fashion retail markets. 

The entire product life cycle, from design to production in proprietary factories all the way up to worldwide distribution, is handled directly by Calzedonia Spa. Today, the Group offers its collections exclusively within its single-brand stores (5,600+) under the Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Intimissimi UomoAtelier Emé and Antonio Marras names, directly owned or operated as franchises, around the world (57 countries).

Oniverse also owns Signorvino, a chain of shops specialized in the sale of 100% Italian wines, complete with a menu that offers customers the chance to enjoy traditional Italian food by region.

With a network of continuously-evolving retailers, international growth is a priority for Oniverse: expansion and strengthening in the heart of Europe, commercial development in the Far East and the United States, with an eye to the challenges of emerging markets. The Group continues to invest in the development of the  e-Commerce business and is decisively focused on an omnichannel future.
