Feedback is a very important moment when the collaborator has the opportunity to receive comments from their manager about possible areas for improvement and confirmation on the skills they have already acquired. At least once a year, a formal meeting is held between the manager and collaborator, after which objectives are agreed upon for the next period.
The HR Area guides and supports the feedback processes, gathering the information necessary to keep track of availability, ambitions and assessments.
For newcomers to the company, meetings are organised between the collaborator, the Manager and HR, to facilitate the initiation process. New employees are also welcomed on their first day by a “buddy”, a friendly colleague who will help them immediately develop a sense of belonging and become familiar with the new business context.
Oniverse encourages and prefers to promote from within. Our career paths are designed to allow our top employees to take on roles with increasing responsibility.
In the retail sector, for example, the entry role is District Manager. All our current country managers and brand managers began their career at Oniverse from this position.

In 2022, our expats held 149 roles abroad: 107 in Europe, 23 in Asia, 14 in North and South America and 5 in Africa.
