Established in 2019, the Kikinda facility collaborates closely with Gordon, the main plant in Subotica. The proximity of the two facilities facilitates efficient and rapid collaboration between Kikinda and Gordon.
The Kikinda facility currently employs several hundred people, with 97% being women, and throughout the year, more than 150 new hires are made. The absence of expatriates demonstrates trust in local employees and the commitment to providing employment to the nearby residents.
Organized transportation, safe and guaranteed work, along with various bonuses and services, make the working conditions highly appreciated by its employees. The facility's commitment to reducing environmental impact is evident in optimized production processes, including the use of high-efficiency LED lights, light sensors in various areas of the building, and diligent waste separation. The facility exclusively uses electricity from renewable sources, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The company provides economic support to the local hospital and, during the pandemic, produced protective masks distributed free of charge to the population in times of need.
