Flash is attentive to the surrounding community and contributes to the common welfare through donations and solidarity. For instance, during the pandemic, Flash supported the local police and provided assistance to employees facing severe illnesses. The company also donated fabrics to a local organization dedicated to combating violence against women and supported sports societies that aid autistic children or those affected by illnesses.
Flash has a waste management plan in place, as well as a system for treating wastewater. The facility exclusively uses electricity from renewable sources, significantly reducing emissions. Additionally, there is an ongoing installation of a photovoltaic system that will enable the self-production of electricity from renewable sources, further decreasing the environmental impact of the facility.
