Ella Textile d.o.o is one of the local leading companies in the production of quality textile products, as well as being one of the largest facilities in the region with the highest number of employees. The facility is located in the agro-industrial zone of Nova Topola, not far from Gradiška.
Founded in 2018, Ella Textile consists of three closely situated production centers specializing in the manufacturing of socks, bodysuits, underwear, and sweaters, which have become symbols of innovation, reliability, and high quality. The factories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology capable of meeting the demands of customers worldwide. Every detail of the product is carefully crafted, from design to final delivery.
The factory employs approximately 600 people and provides private and free transportation services for all workers, as well as catering with pre-orders available on Thursdays. There's a wide range of options available, including both traditional and vegetarian choices, aiming to meet various dietary preferences and needs.
Ella pays close attention to waste management and disposal. In fact, waste is sorted and then sold to companies specialized in collecting and recycling materials. There are plans to install boilers in the two remaining plants without them. Additionally, weekly tests are conducted on the quality of emissions.
Another point of focus is directed towards the origin of the electricity used in the facility, which solely comes from renewable sources.
