At the companies within our Group, training takes place in 3 different areas:

Each brand within the Group stands out for its ability to train and prepare retail staff on topics related to products, sales and store management.
Each brand has a dedicated Training Office which creates, organizes and delivers technical and skills development courses specifically for various retail positions, available to employees throughout their career.
Retail training is widespread and relevant to each country where we operate.
In 2023, about 33,296 people from the retail staff benefited from hours of training through classroom courses and on-the-job coaching.

For the employees of the various offices, the Sales Force and the Logistics Hubs of Vallese and Castagnaro, training encounters are organised twice a year regarding the development of soft skills:
During 2023, more than 7,131 resources were involved in managerial training.
Leaderissimi is the training pathway aimed at the top management of Oniverse.
Content is developed in collaboration with expert external trainers, with the aim of creating training pathways in line with company values, to help our managers to develop an effective, innovative leadership style.
Training projects and the content offered by the central office are shared with sales and production branches, who in turn develop their own custom projects, covering both technical subjects (technical-commercial courses, language courses, etc.), or those focused on the comprehensive management of the team.
Outdoor and team building activities also encourage a feeling of belonging among employees.
