STEP 1
Induction training

An initial 3-month training programme that travels all over Italy and has been carefully devised by our Training Team to allow participants to: 
 - Experience the dynamics of the retail sector first-hand
 - Familiarise with our DNA and distinctive values
 - Hone the key skills required for managerial roles

STEP 2
Area induction

As soon as the training programme is over, a District Manager takes charge of a few stores within a defined geographical area, where he/she will be in the front line and will be required to always be on hand in the store to inspire their staff and help them to achieve their goals.

Be inspired by Arianna's story

Arianna's career at Oniverse began in 2018 and, at the end of the itinerant induction training programme, she took on the role of Tezenis District Manager in Veneto.
Two years after joining the company, she was given the opportunity to move to the Lombardy area.

As she told us:
‘Serving the Milan flagship store as District Manager was a big turning point in my career, the stepping stone to becoming the Area Manager I am today. I look back and see a person who has never lost the enthusiasm that ties her to this company and who, with determination and tenacity, has always given her all in every challenge.’
What is crucial for success in your job?
‘A positive outlook, energy and enthusiasm.’
What advice would you give to someone hoping to become a District Manager?
‘I would advise them to always be themselves, to be a loyal person, to always work with the goal of making a difference, always be an actor, never a spectator.’

Arianna's journey has continued and she is now Area Manager in France for the Tezenis brand.
