We are drastically reducing the use of paper/printed materials and see to the replacement of informational materials throughout the countries in which we operate. Even our catalogs will gradually be eliminated, replaced by digital systems accessed by customers.

Since 2014, the PA systems within our shops are exclusively digital, with the subsequent elimination of physical equipment.

We have launched a digital portal through which all requests for technical materials and maintenance services can be submitted, streamlining and simplifying the activities of our local offices and staff.

We are in the process of implementing project management software which will reduce project times, integrating sustainability with technical choices.
