Bytres d.o.o is located near the town of Prijedor and is one of the largest factories in the region. Founded in 2019, the factory specializes in textile production, particularly women's socks.
In addition to being the largest facility in terms of size, Bytres also employs the highest number of workers, with over 500 individuals, predominantly female. Furthermore, the company provides private and free transportation services for all employees, as well as an on-site cafeteria offering a variety of choices through weekly orders.
In Bytres' environmental approach, there is a particular focus on waste management. This detail is not of low relevance since in Bosnia and Herzegovina there have been (unfortunately) decades-long issues and gaps in management in this regard. Another point of focus is directed towards the origin of the electricity used in the activities within the facility, which solely comes from renewable sources.
