The first months of your experience in Oniverse will take place between the HQ in Verona and one of our Production Plants in Eastern Europe, with the opportunity to meet our teams and discover our Supply Chain flow.
Then you will have the chance to fly to Portugal to attend a one-month technical training program in Modatex, a Portuguese center of excellence in textile training.
Once you have acquired the milestones of our textile supply chain, you will continue your career path in one of our international production plants. Here, you will have the possibility to express your capabilities through a specific project defined on the basis of your interests and attitudes.
From fabrics to technical phases to finished products, you will have the chance to acquire basic knowledge of the entire textile supply chain.
One month classroom attendance at Modatex in Porto, to let you live an immersive and engaging experience together with other operation engineers.
Antimo’s adventure with Oniverse began after his degree in Management Engineering. “I immediately saw it as a unique opportunity,” he says. “It offered real responsibilities, growth, and the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment.”
What attracted him most was the chance to make an impact while living abroad. “Looking back, it delivered on every front. I’m proud to be part of Oniverse’s international expat team.”
Modatex training was a key step for Antimo, who came from a non-textile background. “It gave me the technical foundation I needed—on raw materials, machinery, and processes—boosting my confidence from day one on site.”
In Sri Lanka, he now leads innovation and process improvement projects. “I’m working on streamlining product assembly and materials prep. One exciting challenge is automating a manual task to improve efficiency.
