IT Digital Hub in Naples
In support of the Group’s omnichannel strategy
A new centre for development and technological management

The continual expansion of the Group into new countries and with new brands has posed a significant challenge for the IT Department, to continue to guarantee scalability and reliability for its platforms in increasingly dynamic markets.

April 2024 thus saw the launch of a highly ambitious project: the opening of an IT Digital Hub for the development and management of all the technologies supporting the Group’s onmichannel strategy.

 

The Digital Hub aspires to be a centre of excellence, mainly for the world of Salesforce, the leading market platform for e-commerce, CRM and Customer Service.  

This new project has brought on board young talents, with the aim of training them and providing them with all the necessary skills to step directly into the Oniverse Digital Team.

AN INNOVATION HUB

The Digital Hub is located in the Maritime Station of Naples.
We have chosen a renovated historical location, flooded with light and reachable with a variety of means of transport.

A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

In the first four months, we provided a training process that allowed our young talents to improve their functional and development skills relating to the various cloud networks that make up Salesforce.

When this first training cycle of the project was complete in June, 21 developers and 5 quality assurance operators joined the team: and this is only the beginning!
