What are the key points the Onboarding project is based on?
  • facilitate the integration within the Company and speed up the process to make the new colleagues independent and productive in their new role
  • sharing engaging content, useful information and tips, even before their first day at work, to prepare the new colleagues as well as possible and immediately create a sense of belonging
  • organised, standardised management of the whole Onboarding process, thanks to the creation of quality standards for the Group’s new recruits
  • digitising recruitment flows, by reducing the exchange of information offline between the various departments and the onboardees 
  • transmiting and amplifying a cool, up-to-date, international image of Calzedonia Group among our new colleagues worldwide

Buddy e Welcome-Kit: discover the new implementations, starting from Calzedonia Group HQ

Each new employee will be assigned a Buddy, i.e. a friendly colleague who will welcome him on the first day and accompany him during its first weeks in the company, helping him to familiarise quickly with the new working environment.

WELCOME
Welcome-Kit

The Welcome-Kit will also be given a new look, and will be part physical and part digital.

 

To make the new Welcome-Kit truly special, we’ve created a capsule collection featuring one of our most iconic products: socks.

Both the male and female version will come with the message “More than socks”. We started off with socks, but Calzedonia Group today is much more than that: more products, more brands, more of a community. The #cpeople community.
