May saw the Calzedonia Group hold its International HR Meeting, the first to involve both the HR colleagues from the sales branches and those from the Production Plants at the same time.

Colleagues from all over the world met in the Verona HQ to share best practices, experiences and future objectives. It was also an important opportunity for an exchange of ideas and information on how to best address current and future projects. 

The first day was held in a plenary session with the addressing and sharing of transversal topics of common interest to both the Operations sector and the Retail sector. On the second day, the HR colleagues were divided into two groups and took part in two workshops dedicated to specific topics.
