I primi mesi della tua esperienza in Oniverse si svolgeranno tra l’HQ di Verona e uno dei nostri Plant Produttivi dell’Est Europa.
In questi contesti avrai la possibilità di conoscere i team e i flussi della nostra Supply Chain.
Avrai poi la possibilità di volare in Portogallo per seguire un percorso di formazione tecnica della durata di un mese presso Modatex, centro di eccellenza portoghese nella formazione tessile.
Una volta acquisite le milestones della filiera tessile proseguirai il tuo percorso all’interno di uno dei nostri Plant internazionali.
Qui ti verrà affidato un progetto definito anche sulla base dei tuoi interessi e delle tue attitudini.
Dal tessuto alle fasi tecniche fino alla realizzazione del prodotto finito, avrai l’occasione di acquisire le nozioni base sull’intera supply chain del mondo tessile.
Un mese di frequenza in aula presso Modatex nella città di Porto, dove vivrai un’esperienza immersiva insieme ad altri operations engineers.

Why recommend this path? "During my time in Ethiopia, I was able to improve my knowledge across several departments, from warehouse management and raw material inspection to production activities. This cross-functional exposure allowed me to develop a more comprehensive view of operations. Currently, I support the production manager in day-to-day activities, contributing to the optimization of production processes and to the overall efficiency of the workflow."
A standout memory? "The initial training, shared with a group of new colleagues of mine, was a great added value and remains one of the most positive phases of my journey. However, what has truly made the difference over time is the continuous interaction with new cultures and diverse perspectives. Being exposed to different ways of thinking and working has not only strengthened my adaptability but has also played a key role for my professional development and my personal growth."
